Insurance Specialist (Administrative)
About the Position:
With great time management and problem-solving abilities, the Insurance Specialist will work towards minimizing company financial losses associated with customer auto insurance claims.
The person in this role will work with customers and their insurance companies to manage the insurance claims process and work to collect financial settlements within 14 days from the claim date. Reviewing and following up on all accounts daily, filing Gap claims within 3 days of LOG approvals, and continuing collections attempts at a 90% quality level will contribute to success in this role.
What we are looking for:
To meet the demands of this role, a candidate should have knowledge of Total Loss and Gap claims processes and procedures with 1 or more years of total loss experience/training. Excellent communication and the ability to be self-directed will be essential for performing this duties of this role at a high level.
