Compensation Manager (Finance)
The Compensation Manager manages the effective and consistent application of compensation administration policies and practices. Administers and maintains various compensation related data management systems, and ensures implementation of compensation and benefit programs and initiatives. Provides expert support to serve internal customers by creating internal processes and serving as a point of contact for managers and company specific questions, concerns, and resolutions that are compensation and total rewards related. Helps ensure compensation is competitive in the market to attract and retain top talent and ensure the total rewards offering plans are compliant and competitive. Focuses on maintaining a positive relationship with the business and other HR team members and contribute to G&J Pepsi as being the premier Employer of Choice.
Essential Functions
• Manage company's compensation program, policies and procedures including but not limited to develop and maintaining company salary structures and scales, occupational classifications, job descriptions and evaluations; participates in market surveys and provides analysis of results.
• Develop recommend and evolve an organization's pay scale and structure and determine competitive wage rates and change as necessary
• Lead, design and collaborate with sales to align sales incentive plan programs to effectively motivate the sales force and achieve the sales objectives
• Work with management to help develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees
• Completes market analysis, job evaluation, and internal leveling of new and updated positions in an effort to ensure both external competitiveness and internal equity; completes and submits complex salary surveys within established time frames and forecasts budget for salary increases.
• Works with HRIS to ensure the efficient integration of compensation processes and that all pertinent compensation data is stored and maintained in an HRIS database according to established company standards; maintains compensation and market survey database.
• Manage performance management system, design reward systems, merit pay guidelines, bonus pay criteria and ensure the firm's pay scale complies with changing laws and regulations.

Knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite including Access and pivot tables; ADP HRIS; beverage industry; Human Resources policies, practices, laws and regulations (e.g. FMLA, DOT). Skill in: internal and external customer service.
