Our Role:
We are seeking a Vice President, Marketing Strategy who is a result driven, strategic leader who can combine business acumen, analytical skills with top-notch relationship management and influencing skills in developing enterprise Marketing Vision & Strategy for the company globally. To be successful in this critical role, the leader must be passionate about the customers we serve and aspire to drive differentiated experiences for them while driving economic outcomes for the firm. This newly created role will report into the Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations within CMO.

Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.
Salary range specific to Colorado: $153,100-$207,100 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
