Journeyman Electrician (Controls Experience) (Construction)
TheElectrical Journeyman - Controls is responsible for installing high-quality electrical field work and taking measures to increase the companys effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Installation of EMT conduit, Uni-strut supports, Basket Tray and other electrical Components.Installation on Control , network cables associated with ASI bus and PLC inputs/outputs.Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems and componentsTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and malfunctionsInspect and test electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properlyRead and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsAdhere to all electrical codes, standards, and regulationsPerform regular maintenance on electrical systems to prevent breakdownsProvide technical support and guidance to other team members and customers
Job Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in electrical control systemsJourneyman Electrician license ( Plus )Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and electrical control panelsKnowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulationsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
