Marketing Manager (Manufacturing)
Job purpose:
MHA is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the organization in the development and execution of marketing initiatives for MHA's leading revenue center (Long-Term Care Pharmacy/LTC Network/Net-Rx) as well as Legislative Affairs and ACO Network divisions. This includes collaborating, initiating and supporting marketing strategy to implement compelling member communications such as email, newsletters, social media content, webinar content and production, media announcements, website content, and sales support tools to drive awareness and adoption of MHA's software, services, events, network and member portal.

The ideal candidate must have marketing experience with a track record of success in managing multiple efforts while meeting project deadlines and paying attention to detail, in order to effectively engage members to drive interest and adoption of technology products, network offerings and additional GPO opportunities to drive growth and member retention. Our candidate will possess the attitude and aptitude to toggle between a producer and a strategic influencer, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when handling multiple projects simultaneously.

The position will be remote work-from-home for an extended duration, but the expectation is to be an on-site position in our Florham Park, NJ, location.
Travel: Limited - examples include annual MHA Summit (March), MHA Sales Week (June), MHA Legislative Conference (September), and member visit ride-alongs (North Eastern Seaboard)
