We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:
Education:
Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred - Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum – One (1) year of experience in an administrative support role.
Preferred – Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, or scheduled for 40 hours per week. The position is to be generall scheduled either 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 8:30 am t0 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. On occasion some early morning or evening work may be requested. Hours may vary depending on the operational needs of the department.
