Director of Human Resources (Finance)
Posses the ability to lead a team through large scale change and organizational development
Assist in HR activities including recruitment, benefits, payroll, etc. as required.
Manage and oversee day to day HR activities of the company, including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and policy.
Supervise the work of HR personnel to provide guidance and mentorship
Drive strategic workforce tactics including conducting quantitative analysis and capability assessments to identify future needs versus current state, develop gap mitigation plans, build organizational competencies and capability, etc.
Develop, establish, and implement pragmatic policies and procedures for a quickly growing company, and continue to monitor and improve procedures as needed
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to locate, screen and onboard motivated and qualified candidates for a rapidly expanding workforce
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards and anticipate and resolve litigation risks
Development of a learning-centric company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision, and lead employees to encourage maximum performance and motivation
Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics and set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Perform other duties as required
