What You'll Do:

The Royal Credit Union Teller is responsible for promptly welcoming Members and others to the office and processing a variety of Member transactions accurately. Develop and maintain strong Member relationships through professional and courteous service. Must maintain knowledge of Royal Credit Union's products, services, procedures and regulations relating to all Teller functions. Support NPS (Net Promoter Score) initiatives in the office by providing exceptional service, guided by Royal's Core Values, creating loyal Members.

What's Needed For This Position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Tellers located at our high school locations must be enrolled in the school's current youth internship program
  • Must be bondable upon hire.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills with a friendly, respectful, and caring approach to every Member interaction.
  • Ability to produce high-quality, accurate transactions and data entry while maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Comfortable using digital solutions and Microsoft Office products on various devices including tablets, smartphones, and PCs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works well in a team setting, takes ownership of responsibilities, and is committed to Royal's core values and performance goals.

We'd Love To See:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous cash handling experience


Work Schedule:

  • Working approximately 40 hours per week (Full-Time) during standard business hours 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
  • Fully onsite at the Eau Claire Downtown Office.
  • This is a limited term position that will go from July 14, 2025 - September 30, 2025. Must be able to commit to the full term.


Training:

  • Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
    • Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal's culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
