Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
Supervise daily operations and staff within the Electronic Services department, including scheduling and workflow management.
Coach, train, and support team members to ensure strong performance and service delivery.
Oversee processing and troubleshooting of electronic services such as ACH, wire transfers, EFT disputes, and debit card transactions.
Manage ATM/debit card programs, including inventory, issuance, and vendor coordination.
Maintain up-to-date procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and bank policies.
Act as a key contact for troubleshooting service issues and coordinating with third-party vendors.
Support ongoing training efforts across departments, including onboarding new employees.
Serve as backup for the Electronic Services Manager and assist with special projects as needed.
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with developing policies and procedures relating to all areas of the Electronic Services.
Provide back-up to the day-to-day processes within the Electronic Services Department.
Provide back-up to the day-to-day processes within Online Services Department.
Provide back-up to wire transfer Board Reporting and Remittance Rule tracking.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Carry out supervisory responsibilities is accordance with Bank policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, selection of staff and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications Required
(Required education may be satisfied by experience and/or working knowledge)
A High school diploma, one year experience in supervising others and two years banking experience to include electronic payment products, or 5 years of general banking experience is required. Extensive experience with Word and Excel – to include creating and formulating spreadsheets.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Sitting for extended periods of time, requires close visual acuity and the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment including copy machine, telephone, scanner or other basic business equipment. Some infrequent travel is required for branch/department visitations. The job is within the normal office environment range.
Qualifications Preferred
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Two years of supervisory experience and five years of banking experience with electronic payment products.
