Inspire & Support Teams:

Supervise wellness staff across all locations, offering coaching, mentorship, and clinical guidance.

Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and compassionate care.

Ensure Compliance & Clinical Excellence:

Monitor clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, and state health regulations.
Prepare communities for audits and maintain a state of survey readiness.
Lead documentation reviews and ensure accurate recordkeeping across all locations.

Collaborate for Better Care:

Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support seamless care coordination and communication.
Analyze program data to identify improvement areas and adjust care strategies accordingly.
Align wellness operations with each community's unique needs and strategic goals.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Clinical Expertise)

Education & Licensure:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin--required.
CPR certification and a solid grasp of senior wellness programs, Medicare guidelines, and infection control.

Experience & Leadership:

Proven healthcare management experience within Assisted Living's/CBRF Buildings --nurse management or hospice care strongly preferred.
Experience leading teams across multiple sites is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

Deep understanding of HIPAA and clinical compliance.
Excellent critical thinking, documentation review, and team training skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while traveling between communities.

Professional Traits:

Empathy, adaptability, and a drive to make a difference across multiple locations.
