SUMMARY: Responsible for driving a designated route to load and/or unload freight safely and timely.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver and receive fuel and/or propane to and from company tanks, customer tanks, and customer equipment as required. Perform various customer service activities which include assisting with fuel attendant duties. Assist with gasoline pump meter readings, sales slips and credit card charges. Perform daily vehicle inspections and requisition parts and repairs. Perform or assist with weekly inspections of facilities, maintenance crews with maintenance and upgrades. Understand and implement company, state, and federal regulations. Act as a first responder to any spill incidents and perform other duties as assigned.EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent or experience in lieu of education.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating vehicles that require a CDL. Experience with propane, natural gas, pipefitting, plumbing, crane, or boom truck is preferred.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Familiar with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.

Ability to function effectively with, or as part of a team. Knowledge of and ability to identify safety hazards and necessary safety precautions to establish a safe work environment. Knowledge of and the ability to safely operate and/or maintain machinery, tools and equipment.
OTHER: Must possess a valid Class A or B CDL with Tanker, Hazardous Materials and Air Brake endorsements. Must meet the current driver qualifications as defined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Also, must possess a current Medical Certificate.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Works both inside an office environment and also outside in conditions of both high and low temperatures. May be exposed to odors, dust, dirt, mechanical hazards, high noise levels and potentially dangerous equipment. Must be able to crouch and stoop to get into areas with restricted headroom and be able to climb ladders. May require extended use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time.
