Admissions Data Coordinator (Project Management)



This position provides technical support in the areas of communication and data management for the Admissions Department. This position is responsible for tracking statistical data and managing all database systems for recruitment. This position is the primary individual with the responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of the Customer Relations Management (CRM) software. This position is the primary point of contact for communication with vendors for the receipt of leads/names. Serves as liaison with vendors for implementation of changes to CRM software. Serves on all working committees that interact with CRM development/implementation. Produces varied reports produced from CRM software for Dean of Enrollment and other Admissions personnel. Coordinates with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information related to enrollment of new students. This position facilitates the communication process of the Admissions CRM to the student interface system of Simpson University. This position oversees all incoming recruitment leads, data integration, deposit processing, acceptance letter processing & CRM administration. This position is the main source of recruitment data and numbers that are used in the Admissions Department, and for reporting to higher authorities inside the University.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree required
2. Management experience in an education environment preferred
3. Business systems/procedures analysis experience
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications
5. Proficiency in institutional integrated database software and CRM highly preferred
6. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Essential Functions:
1. Manage and facilitate the statistical data for the Admissions Department
2. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Dean of Enrollment and other Admissions personnel.
3. Manage and facilitate daily processes and file management
4. Keep all data management systems up-to-date with imports, exports, and manual data entry
5. Develop and implement all training for the data and records staff
6. Coordinate information and workflow within Admissions, Registrar, Student Financial Services, Retention and Marketing & Development to ensure accurate and updated information and requirements are communicated to prospective students
7. Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure quality level of communication and/or services provided to prospective students
8. Maintain communication with database system partners, both external relations and internal, to resolve problems or make changes
