Role
The Network Deployment Innovation (NDI) organization investigates, prototypes, and develops novel telecommunication solutions to improve Crown Castle's construction and operation efficiency. As a member of the team, you will investigate new products involving an array of technologies, including power conversion, power systems, distributed generation, and embedded hardware and software systems. Several projects are available, the internship scope will be based on the candidate's background and interest.

Work Plans: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that requires up to 25% travel.
