Administrative Assistant (Administrative)
SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant of the PV department will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Senior Leadership staff of the group, perform general group administrative duties, as well as, coordinate project support functions as needed to the Project Team for successful completion of projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION:
1+ year of experience in a related role, such as, Administrative Assistant or Project Coordinator
Proven ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Proven ability to be efficient, accurate, organized, and a good communicator
Proven ability to take initiative and “think ahead” in anticipation of client needs
Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
Familiarity operating standard office equipment required (printers, fax, computers, label machines, etc.)
Exude key competencies, such as, problem solving, client focus, and attention to detail
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Able to work overtime as required, including weekends

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Standard office environment. Individual will frequently be required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear. Occasionally may have to lift boxes full of materials for purposes of setup of programs, typically 25 pounds or less.
