Job Title: CNC Laser & Press Brake Operator
Reports to: Manufacturing Manager
Schedule: M-Th 6:00am 4:30pm, hours may vary at times including overtime
Summary:
Production of damper components by operating a CNC laser and press brake; maintain quality and safety standards, keeping records as well as maintaining equipment and supplies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties may include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary to support quality goals and objectives.
Program, set up, and operate CNC laser and press brake to run production and development parts based on specifications outlined in related drawings. Load correct material per order specifications. Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product is acceptable to move onto the next step in the production process. Properly utilize measurement devices such as tape measures, calipers, etc. to verify critical dimensions in both standard and metric units. Use hand and power tools for metal fabrication and assembly. Record production and quality data manually or in the ERP system. Complete documentation and labeling required after the completion of a job. Operate material handling equipment, such as jib cranes, bridge cranes, and forklifts. Maintain and participate in general housekeeping activities as well as the implementation and maintenance of Lean Six Sigma. Perform operator assigned maintenance duties on applicable machinery, such as filter cleaning. Adhere to all company and regulatory safety policies.

Qualifications
Ability to safely and successfully perform any/all essential job functions. Ability to meet and maintain all qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain reasonably regular and punctual attendance. Compliance with all personnel policies and practices. Minimum 3-5 years of experience operating laser cutting equipment and press brakes. Ability to read and interpret drawings and prints. Previous forklift experience. Previous material handling equipment experience. OHSA 10 training and Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
