What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will be responsible to understand the pain points of customers and their needs for advanced automation, recommend the LAOS solutions to solve the issues, develop business cases by analyzing the operations data
  • Establish relation with the customer organization to expand the use of LAOS solutions across multiple sites within the company
  • Identify and develop improvement opportunities in close collaboration with customers and estimate the potential economic benefit
  • Develop the project execution strategy projects by collaborating with LAOS project execution team
  • Responsible for coordinating with contracts management and/legal departments to develop contacts
  • Find use cases and generate the need for operating companies to use LAOS solutions such as Procedural Automation, Model Predictive Control, AI Plant Control, real time optimizers, Advanced Performance Monitoring, Equipment Condition Monitoring etc.
  • Generation of proposals, business cases and present solution concepts to customers
  • Suggest ideas to continuously improve the value of LAOS solutions for the customer
  • Participate and lead autonomous operations consulting for customers
  • About 30% to 50% travel with overnight stays is expected.

What makes you great

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical (preferable), Electrical, Computer Engineering, with MBA
  • 15 years or more experience in senior management, contract negotiation, value creation, problem solving, digital transformation and stakeholder engagement
  • Thorough knowledge of processes and process technologies in petrochemicals, refining, Oil & Gas industries
  • Experience in implementing and engineering control system, DCS, PLC
  • Hands on experience in implementing Advanced Process Control, Real Time Optimization in refining and Oil& Gas industries
