The Registrar is a full-time, year-round position primarily responsible for requesting records and entering academic data for students in a well-organized manner and in full compliance with relevant laws. This position processes record requests for both new enrollments and withdrawals, maintains student files and records, facilitates communications with various stakeholders, performs data entry into appropriate information databases, and assists with external records requests.
The Special Education Registrar position duties will primarily involve obtaining and/or forwarding special education records for Insight PA students with disabilities. Background knowledge with documents corresponding to special education (i.e., IEP, ER/RR, NOREP) is preferred but not required for the ideal candidate. Specialized training will be provided. Candidates should possess strong technical skills to manipulate various computer-based programs and database systems concurrently, while maintaining exceptional attention-to-detail.
