Account Representative (Administrative)



The Account Representative is responsible for overseeing the satisfaction of repeat customers as it pertains to all operational functions of Company. Manage a portfolio of accounts and support daily order processing, handle customer inquiries and update customer on order processing, logistic status, and other key information. Account representatives are ACRs single point of contact for processing orders for our customers, responding to inquiries and handling any issues that arise following the order from start to finish. All Account Representatives are cross trained to help and be flexible.
This position is on-site in our Forth Worth, TX location - Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Very little overtime is anticipated in this position.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience Computer experience including knowledge of MS Word and Excel Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail Experience handling customer accounts and customer relations; 1-2 years of prior customer service experienceAbility to build rapport with customersProblem Solving skillsDeadline orientation and ability to work with timely demands and manage multiple workloadExcellent communication skills with both internal and external customersDetail oriented and organizedResolve customer issues within Service Level Agreement - SLA (inquiries, returns, order status)Ability to work well under pressure and keep a professional attitudeCommunication Proficiency Motivated team player Reliable and Flexible
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Answer telephone in a professional and courteous mannerfirst line to customers Accurately and efficiently process and enter many types of product ordersRespond in a timely manner to emails from sales team and customers, both external and internalResolve customer issues within SLA (inquiries, returns, order status)Oversee accounts as assigned to ensure familiarity with customer base Track orders and provide customers with ETAsInterpret various forms of data to relay customer order trends and patternsReview and release internal customer web ordersKeeping up to date with all the companys products and proceduresCommunicate and monitor any delays to customers orders including backordered itemsPerform all other tasks, jobs, and or assignments as directed by ManagementGenerate ad hoc sales and customer usages reports in Celonis, upon request from SalesAnalyze data to determine ordering trends and provide proactive resolutions for potential service gaps
