Tower Asset Specialist II - Project Based - Northeast and Mid Atlantic (Transportation)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in ensuring structural integrity and regulatory compliance for all assigned assets through photo and video collection.
Read site plans and tower drawings.
Perform periodic inspections in accordance with company policies, standards and procedures. Identify and ensure that major inspection discrepancies are reported to management, corrected in a timely manner and that the field data they collect is entered into appropriate systems.
Collect physical asset data in an efficient and cost-effective manner and follow standards related to getting this data into various databases.
Work effectively cross-functionally to identify and resolve compliance issues. Respond quickly and effectively to resolve NOTAM, monitoring system issues in accordance with company established policies, standards and procedures.
Comply with quality assurance programs as required.
Keep Manager well informed regarding operational and maintenance issues associated with their assigned sites. Maintain and communicate a site problems list within trouble ticketing system including the resolution plans for each.
Occasional operation of drone/UAS
Monitor and report material usage in order to maintain adequate truck supplies.
Provide immediate support service during emergency issues and incident response situations.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED required.
Associates degree, two year technical degree or equivalent military/special electronics training experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated understanding of computer basics.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and/ or governmental regulations
Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence and memos.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Valid Driver's License required
