Process Operator - Level 2 (Finance)

As a Processor Operator Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our processing equipment to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality products. You will report directly to our Operations Supervisor. The Honeywell Advanced Materials plant, located in Columbia, MO 65202.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and monitor processing equipment to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Job Description:
On the job training provided
Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
Operate packaging lines
Monitor process to ensure quality objectives are met.
Troubleshoot and escalate production issues when required.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean work area through daily housekeeping.
Work as a team to complete assigned tasks.
Will be able to lift to 35 lbs.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Shifts are 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.As a Process Operator - Level 2 here at Honeywell, The operator manages processing equipment to ensure smooth operations and quality standards. They perform maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime, follow safety protocols, collaborate with teams for process optimization, and maintain accurate production records.
