- Operate fuel, grease, and oil trucks efficiently and safely to maintain the lifeblood of our equipment fleet.
- Lubricate moving parts and critical surfaces of heavy machinery as assigned, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Utilize pressure greasing equipment and adhere to best practices for preventive maintenance.
- Keep vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and in top condition.
- Perform additional tasks such as changing filters, oil, and maintaining accurate service records.
- Comply with all OSHA/MSHA safety regulations and champion a culture of safety every day.
- Communicate and collaborate with foremen and team members to exceed daily project expectations.
- Complete thorough pre- and post-operation inspections with proper documentation.
- Contribute to the growth of the team by assisting in the training of less experienced employees on equipment maintenance and safe practices.
- Be ready to take on other tasks as needed to keep our operations running smoothly.
- A valid CDL Class A or B license with HazMat and Tanker endorsements (no automatic restrictions).
- Proven air brake skills (test required for all vehicles equipped with air brakes).
- Clean driving record.
- Previous experience in construction or similar field preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift up to 100 lbs., stretch, drive, pull, twist, kneel, stand, reach, and use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.).
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions-rain or shine, hot or cold.
- Ready to work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel as business demands.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check.
- Complete a "Fit for Work" physical prior to employment.
- Provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration form.
- Show up on time, every time, with a professional and courteous attitude towards teammates, supervisors, and the public.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and actively promote a safe workplace.
- Wear proper PPE in all designated operations and production areas.
- Bring a collaborative spirit and a willingness to step up and support the team.
