Production Supervisor (Finance)
JOB SUMMARY
Leads and assists coworkers throughout the build process on the production lines for commercial aircraft interior components. Must be able to manage and lead the production operators within the time constraints of the master production schedule while adhering to the company quality policies. Works with and communicates data and findings with both production line operators, Quality, and management.
SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES

Promotes safety, cooperation, and communication with co-workers Trains and nurtures operators to the required level of expertise Works with the Quality personnel to ensure all policies and specs are adhered to while working under their tutorage Ensures that the operators follow installation procedures per BEI engineering drawings, work orders and quality requirements Ensures and maintains that all personnel work in a safe and effective environment on the production lines including the use of all machine and hand tools Works with Manufacturing Engineers to ensure that the correct hard tooling, shop aids and hand tools are available to build product to the specific engineering tolerances Competent when using a computer for various tasks such as reviewing drawings & NCs. Create basic excel spreadsheets and word docs etc. Report any defects to quality assurance and manufacturing engineers Completes annual performance evaluations to management for all personnel under their leadership Performs various duties to ensure that the products are built in a safety-first manner whilst shipping a quality product on time
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education:
A High School diploma is preferred

1 to 3 years of supervision is preferred
