Sr. Billing Coordinator-Office Manager (Finance)

This person will be primarily responsible for firmwide billing, as well as assisting the accounting department as directed by the Accounting Manager. Duties and responsibilities Billing Administrator
Assist in opening new projects in Deltek Vantagepoint.Prepare and process monthly invoices.Create month-end billing reports for Principals and Project Managers.Prepare and format timesheets when signatures are needed.Timesheet review for accuracy prior to posting.Enter and post cash receipts.Enter Accounts Payable.Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices. Assist with other projects as needed. Work under general supervision.Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the accounting department.
Duties and responsibilities Office Administration
Answer phone and greet visitors. Order supplies. Keep office space organized. Send/receive deliveries. Coordinate in-office events. General office support when needed.
