The Opportunity LBMC Technology Solutions is looking for an OnBase Engagement Manager for our OnBase Practice. The primary goal of this role will be to drive additional revenue thru engaging multiple avenues of lead sources at a strategic and support level. Candidates will be responsible for maximizing relationships with existing OnBase customers, engaging with Strategic Account Managers and Account Executives in the development and delivery of the sales pipeline, and driving new opportunities with the LBMC marketing and/or outside consultants to deliver a strategic growth plan using the latest industry strategies. Extensive and proven business-to-business account management experience is required. Only highly motivated and self-starters need apply. Responsibilities This role will be responsible for generating revenue thru multiple channels. To accomplish this goal, you will: Strategic Account Managers/Account Executives o Drive additional revenue through additional software licenses, projects and services. o Work with SAM's and AE's on account plans, campaigns, follow up to support pipelines and ensure and consistent producing sales pipeline. o Working with the ECM Director, provide knowledge support and sales assistance as needed to support the facilitation of the sales cycle. o Communication with the ECM Architect on sales opportunities to ensure alignment and appropriate forecasting of projected projects. Marketing o Work with LBMC Marketing team to support designated campaigns, contribute content to newsletters and blogs, and promoting events, webinars, or promotions to existing clients or events as well and provide content that can be utilized in newsletters, website, social media or other nurture strategies. o Work with Hyland Marketing team to take advantage of any programs or lead generation opportunities to drive additional business from Hyland directly or from their available assets. o As needed, engage outside consultants to ensure that we are maximizing our exposure and reach utilizing all facets of external marketing thru events, social media, website content, and additional strategies like account-based marketing, analytics, SEO, or other techniques. Client Engagement o Establish trusted relationships with clients by being detail oriented and an effective listener to ensure that a good understanding of client's goals and objectives are understood. o Ensure clients are educated on product roadmaps, new licensing models, and value-added solutions to maximize value for the client. o Develop target strategies for customer upsells thru understanding white space opportunities or expansion. o Obtain and create Client references including testimonials or case studies. Vendor Management o Along with the ECM Director, work with Hyland to continue to strengthen LBMC relationship with the Hyland team and uncover new and innovative ways for broader engagement. Cross Line of Business and Affiliate Partners o Establish relationships with other LBMC Technology Line of Business Managers and Team Members and other Affiliates to provide education on the value that OnBase can provide their clients and relationships. o Gain an understanding of the offerings of the various LBMC Technology Lines of Business and Affiliates and develop cooperative campaigns to education our OnBase customers of the additional value they could obtain with a deeper relationship with LBMC overall. Requirements Qualified candidates must have the ability to maintain positive client relationships, manage work efficiently, have an ability to engage and lead others, understand technical concepts and map those to business needs, and work as a part of a larger team. Experience with OnBase is highly preferred; however not required depending on experience. • 3 to 5 years' business-to-business account management experience in consultative-selling • 3 to 5 years' sales management experience in building and managing pipelines • Knowledge of marketing tools and industry strategies • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • 4-year college degree LBMC Technology Solutions, LLC offers a base salary coupled with a bonus structure which provides financial rewards based on your efforts and production, medical and dental insurance, and 401K.
