We are currently looking for a Meetings and Events Coordinator in Minneapolis, MN. Reporting to the Managing Director - Meetings, Events & Media- the Meetings & Events Coordinator will support corporate events and activities, including corporate meetings, conferences, client dinners and sponsorships.
Our team is looking for a creative, resilient, and energetic professional with strong organizational skills. This role must be able to effectively balance the individual needs of clients and stakeholders with the overall firm objectives. It requires a collaborative and technologically savvy individual with a discerning eye for quality. The events coordinator will contribute to overall conference management and strong execution with creative ideas, collaboration skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
