Administrator, System (Information Technology)
Job Description:
Position Summary:
The system administrator in the area of Access Management will be responsible for supporting the global processes and procedures related to access controls. These include provisioning, job role change, termination, periodic access review and segregation of duty (SOD). Individual will be part of a team responsible for applications and utilities used to support these controls. Development, maintenance and assurance of standard policies, process and procedures is also required.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Support centralized process for access management (provisioning, job role change, termination, periodic access review and SOD) in a multi-national, multi-system environment
• Work in close contact with other IT functions, system business owners and Internal Audit to ensure compliance to security policies and procedures are up to date and followed
• Administer and use defined applications, utilities and tools to monitor compliance control points
• Serve as an interface between business users, the SAP Role Design Team and other IT teams to meet business needs while providing a secure and auditable environment
• Assist other IT functional areas in support of system software upgrades and/or testing of software patches
• Make decisions that have significant impact on system availability and business processes and review with supervision before action is taken
• Guard against the disclosure of confidential information to unauthorized personnel
• Communicate with all levels of company personnel and Cooper-Standard customers/vendors
• May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description
Education and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of ERP applications (specifically SAP preferred)
• Knowledge of access provisioning and SOD compliance tracking software (particularly Security Weaver and/or SAP GRC)
• Three to five years' experience with role-based ERP security preferred
• Experience in global application environments
• Experience defining process for centralized access control monitoring
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Highly developed knowledge of application security and authorization procedures
• Self-motivated team player
• Courteous and professional attitude
• Willingness and disposition to learn new skills and to train others
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a complex environment

• Professional Office Environment
• Must wear proper personal protection equipment while on manufacturing floor
• Willingness and ability to travel when necessary (minimal travel expected based on active projects)
