As the process engineeratFluxergy, you will be directly involved in the companysproductionactivities, as well as deeply involved with the companys long-term strategy. You will be responsible forprocess ownershipwhile working with a small but passionate team. This position requires a deep, in-depth knowledge ofmanufacturing processes, stability and process control.
Responsibilities
Measure, monitor, and analyze production processes, operations, and equipmentDrive process yield improvement and sustaining activitiesImplement new production processes to improve overall quality of manufactured productsIdentify, plan and execute projects to achieve capacity, cost, yield, reliability, and/or cycle time improvementsSource and acquire equipment as needed by new process developmentsDocument equipment, processes, and methods in accordance with ISO standardsGenerate and sustain detailed work instructionsTrain employees on newly implemented processes and equipmentParticipate in continuous improvement projects with the production teamAssist in the development and refinement of a preventative maintenance programParticipate in cross functional team projects for problem solving , decision making or QMS activities
Requirements
0-2 Years Experience as an Engineer in a Manufacturing EnvironmentExperience using statistical methods for yield improvement and process stability (Cp/CpK / Pareto Analysis / DOE / SPC)Ability to understand CAD/CAE Drawings including machine drawings and electrical schematicsAbility to use data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, MATLAB, R, Python, or JMPComputer ProficientKnowledge of measurement tools and equipmentAttention to Detail

Preferred: 1 year
Education
Minimum: Bachelors in engineering fieldPreferred: Masters in engineering field
