ABOUT THE JOB:

Help maintain the Tracy facility by performing landscaping and general housekeeping duties.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:         

  • Cleans the office daily and other common areas as required.
  • Cleans and maintains all the bathrooms and break rooms around the plant
  • Management of cleaning supplies in stock and communication with purchaser about general supplies needed.
  • Maintains the grounds with trimming, mowing the lawns, watering, pesticide spraying,  landscape upkeep, etc
  • Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all Northwest Pipe Company WTG and HSE policies and procedures.
  • Position requires regular, reliable and predicable attendance.

  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is necessary in order to perform the essential functions of this position.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience as janitor/groundskeeper is preferred, but not required.
