Senior Manager, Outlets and Donation Centers (Finance)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, Outlets & Donation Centers is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of Goodwill's outlet stores and donation center network. This role ensures the execution of high-performing retail and donation collection operations aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Manager of Outlets and Donation Centers drives revenue and donation volume, optimizes operational processes, and supports a mission-driven customer and donor experience.

Duties will also include but are not limited to:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for all outlet store and donation center operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of store managers, assistant managers, and donation center supervisors to drive the operational and financial performance of the assigned locations, as well as the assigned team members.
  • Accountable for achieving revenue, donation, and expense targets across assigned locations.
  • Champion a customer and donor-centric culture across all locations.
  • Adhere to and promote the policies and standards of Goodwill of SWPA, the business unit and training site.

Travel: This position requires occasional travel, and the individual must be willing to travel as needed. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree AND 2 years of related experience
    • Ability to lead, motivate and manage a diverse team, with the ability to manage tight deadlines; Proficiency with Microsoft office applications as well as using internet tools and resources; Established history of driving a consistent customer-centric culture, meeting or exceeding financial metrics in a retail environment, ability to interpret KPI's and perform root-cause analyses to course-correct performance
  • Associate's degree AND 3 years related experience as described above
  • High school diploma AND 4 years related experience as described above

External Hiring Range: $64,000-$72,500/year 

 REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS: 

  • Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI, and PA PATCH)
