JOB SUMMARY
The Program Manager, Upward Mobility will have primary responsibility for identifying and activating knowledge and skill acquisition opportunities for persons with disabilities, Veterans, and direct service professionals in support of SourceAmerica's mission. The position will identify (pre) apprenticeships, certifications, micro-credentials, and other related pathways to upward mobility, along with viable internal and external funding strategies, to benefit the disability community at scale. The Program Manager will manage relationships with accrediting bodies of varying types to include the fulfillment of SourceAmerica's responsibilities under memorandums of understanding or other like agreements. The position will also serve as a primary liaison to disability community groups and state and federal workforce development entities. The Program Manager will support management and executive briefings on their area of responsibility and provide presentations at disability community and related workforce development events. The position does not have formal management responsibility and will report to the Manager, Workforce Development.
