LVN Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Manage care for residents with acute and chronic needs
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation
- Use critical thinking and make independent care decisions
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a current California license
