Job Description:
The Claims Contract Attorney provides front-line project and personnel management for our Complex Claims Operations Team. The incumbent work is to support each project in whatever way is required to ensure timely and accurate execution of class action cases. Each Lead is responsible for their own individual caseload as well as direct oversight of 5-10 analysts and attorneys. Each Lead is a resource for all departments through every phase of a case. The Complex Claims Team is built around a consultative model, and Leads are expected to be the first resource for any consultative feedback. They are responsible for the timely and accurate execution of a case from the time Epiq wins the business to case closure. This includes consultation on settlement agreements, imports, claim processing, claimant correspondence, client reporting, etc. They work closely with Claims Leadership and Client Services to drive any appropriate requirements on a case-by-case basis.
