Campaign Manager
Job Title: User Experience Design Advisor
Team: Product Experience Design, Customer Engagement

Quarterback. Problem Solver. Coordinator. Communicator. Program Documentor. Delivery Coach.

As a Campaign Manager on the Customer Engagement team, you will ensure the work within your Engagement Team is delivered with speed, within budget and using the "right" technical solution to produce quality results. You are accountable for the team delivering strategic digital communications (email, text, push notifications) that drive outcomes. You must know effective communications practices, understand digital deliverability challenges, and take a customer-centric approach to experimentation and building omnichannel experiences at scale. Success requires directing activities across the team, navigating and owning decisions that matter and orchestration around priorities, ultimately driving the team to victory.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Function as quarterback for the team (tiger team and external partners), delivering the roadmap, managing dependencies, removing blockers, coordinating necessary discussions and identifying next steps, and focusing on decision management by tracking overall priorities and timelines.
• Lead standing meetings/cadences to drive continual communication and alignment across the team. Define communications project schedules and track major milestones.
• In alignment with the digital strategy, leverage technology enhancements to drive ease, speed and impact. Includes close collaboration with product and campaign teams to pull in data driving dynamic and personalized content.
• Own consistent program documentation that can roll-up or roll-down based on audience needs. Making it possible for everyone on the team to know what the work is, when the work will be released and the end result / outcome.
• Ensure optimal use and implementation of enterprise content management in digital communications in support of reuse.
• Manage prioritization of owned projects and adjust accordingly based on goals and objectives.
• Understand full end-to-end member experience outside of single communications to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations within the larger experience.
• Partner with all dependent digital teams (i.e. web and mobile teams) and manage the holistic timeframe at a program management level.
• Collaborate and work hand-in-hand with your engagement strategist lead and analytics to create a backlog on experiments to learn quick and drive digital outcomes around analog to digital.
• Participate in daily, weekly team and Agile meetings as needed. Provide status updates to cross-functional teams and management.
What skills will make you successful?
• Ideal candidate will be a hands-on, results-oriented team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, understand technical complexities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with digital communications execution, end-to-end user experience and/or agile IT methodology is a plus.
• A solid understanding of email platform functionality, data integrations/APIs, CAN-SPAM and CASL compliance, email metrics, email deliverability, and email best practices; knowledge of major email service providers, web analytics tools and content management solutions
• An understanding of two-way texting functionality, requirements, limitations, best practices, different mobile phone functionality, etc.
• Ability to take direction and to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality, timelines, or attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate complex and sensitive approval processes.
• A curious, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach while navigating different perspectives and opinions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate discussions with other technology teams, digital partners, and multiple business owners.
• Ability to adapt to shifts in priorities, which means reprioritizing your own projects and tasks on an ongoing basis.
• An understanding of using a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to help manage dependencies, expectations and tasks within a campaign.

What is required for you to apply?
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar field of study
• 5-8 years in marketing or project management experience
• Knowledge of HTML and data driven dynamic creative
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics platforms, Tableau or similar reporting tools
• Knowledge of agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Wrike, etc.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
