The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 89,088.00 USD - 116,928.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

Ready to make waves in San Francisco? Dive into a role where you'll be at the forefront of planning and executing major national trade shows and customer engagement activities, ensuring every detail is perfect. In this exciting role, you will also manage and disseminate all Sales Related Communications and tools used by our Field Selling Organization. Your strong organizational skills will help you manage multiple projects simultaneously, making you an invaluable asset to our team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is responsible for managing complex and high value budgets while managing vendors and negotiating costs to drive value.

  • National Trade Show Coordination & Management
    • Natural Products Expo West / FMI / NACDS
    • Strategic Channel Events (Beauty, Pet)
    • Manage and meet budget expectations
  • Customer Event Advisor
    • Support Sr. Associate Sales Coordinator on Customer specific events
    • Annual Commercial Summit Coordination & Management
    • Prospect locations & logistics
    • Build content creation timelines and ensure compliance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Bachelors Degree and 2+ years' experience in trade show management and planning including: managing budgets & 3rd party vendors

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Strong multi-tasker that can manage cross functional management initiatives within a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI reporting
  • Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods Space (CPG)
  • Being a team player that's comfortable with ambiguity and deadline pressures
  • A willingness and desire to take on new things as our organization changes and grows
  • Ability to effectively managing 3rd party vendors and deliver on critical timelines.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-Time, regular business hours (Monday-Friday)
  • Travel as needed for trade show representation and execution (15%)
  • Weekend Work during key trade shows (NACDS, FMI, Expo West)
  • This role is in San Francisco, CA
  • On-Site office requirement with one day remote
