🔧 What You'll Do as a Maintenance Assistant
If you love fixing things, keeping spaces safe and functional, and being the go-to person for "Hey, can you help with this?"—this role is for you!
Your mission:
- Keep our facility in tip-top shape—inside and out
- Perform routine maintenance tasks (light plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
- Respond to repair requests with a smile and a can-do attitude
- Help ensure safety standards are met throughout the building
- Support a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
- A hands-on problem solver with basic maintenance skills
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous maintenance experience in healthcare or hospitality is a plus
