Regional Human Resources Administrator (Finance)
We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Assistant for our team at Central Processing Corp at our Springfield, IL facility. Customers we serve include County Materials Corporation and A1-Transit. Regional Human Resources Administrators provide support to the Human Resource Department and management. This position also participates in recruiting positions and serving as a resource to employees.

Job Duties:
Serve as a localized resource for employee questions about benefits, time off, policies and procedures.Collaborate with management in the assigned region to obtain feedback from workforce and assist with HR related material.Actively source and recruit for locations based on hiring needs.Participate in Benefits Open Enrollment.Review of timecard for payroll processing deadlines.Assist with investigation of employee complaints.Submit employment status changes in internal database (i.e. FMLA, Terminations, Layoffs, Personal Leaves)Maintain knowledge of HR policies, programs, laws, and issues.Actively contribute and support continuous HR system and business process improvements.Administer training for managers/supervisors and employees on various HR topics.

Experience & Qualifications
3+ years HR experience.Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines (i.e. employee relations, performance management, benefit administration, recruitment and talent development.)Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.Experience working in a multi-location environment is a plus.Ability to travel up to 40% as needed, to work with employees at various locations within assigned region.Dedication to providing outstanding service to enable employees to be successful.Well-organized, self-directed team player.Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.Ability to prioritize and multi-task assigned work.
