Digital Marketing Coordinator (Finance)
Job Summary
Sundt is looking for a digital marketing coordinator to join its growing corporate marketing team. The digital marketing coordinator should have strong communications skills with an interest in social media management and analysis of digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with corporate marketing team to gather and develop content for social media and marketing campaigns.
2. Facilitate review & approval process of all photography and manage labeling & upload to photo asset library.
3. Help maintain and update page content, prepare and schedule blog posts and press releases on Sundt. com, optimizing for organic search results and social sharing.
4. Maintain MailChimp audiences, and prepare and schedule email sends for various campaigns.
5. Monitor brand mentions, manage inboxes, and report analytics on social media channels.
6. Provide support in maintaining and analyzing digital advertising efforts through Google, Linkedln, MailChimp and other online platforms as needed.
7. Responsible for preparation and scheduling of social media posts across all channels.
8. Support media relations program by maintaining online news room, reporting and analysis of publicity efforts and distribution of monthly publicity reports.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. At least 1 year relevant work experience
2. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, English or relevant program
3. Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, WordPress, Asana or similar project management platform, Sprout Social or similar social media management tool, Facebook, Linkedln, Twitter, lnstagram, YouTube, Google Analytics.

1. May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis
2. Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
3. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis
4. Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/work day
5. Will lift, push or pull objects up to 50Ibs on an occasional basis.
6. Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day.
7. Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors
