Talent Acquisition Manager (Creative Design)



Reports To: VP of Talent Acquisition

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Talent Acquisition Manager to successfully manage full-cycle recruitment for their assigned areas within our healthcare organization. This individual contributor role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for nurses, nursing leadership, and clinical positions across multiple departments or regions. The ideal candidate brings a strong healthcare background, excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and delivers outstanding customer service to hiring managers and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments, regions, or service lines, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Focus on hiring clinical professionals (RNs, therapists, etc.), as well as manager- and director-level roles within healthcare operations.Partner directly with hiring managers to understand talent needs, build recruitment plans, and deliver a pipeline of qualified candidates.Provide a high-touch experience for candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and a professional, service-oriented approach.Utilize multiple sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals) to proactively identify and engage passive talent.Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and employment laws.Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.Work collaboratively with HR and operational leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning efforts.Contribute to continuous improvement of the recruitment workflow, tools, and candidate experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare environment.Proven ability to recruit registered nurses, clinical staff, and healthcare leaders (e.g., managers, directors).Demonstrated success working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting.Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in modern recruiting platforms and ATS systems.Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.High degree of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for home health, hospice, skilled nursing, or post-acute care settings.Experience supporting multi-site or regional healthcare operations.Familiarity with healthcare licensure requirements and credentialing processes.
