Front Desk Associate - Weekends (Temporary) (Finance)
Greet and direct all clients, visitors, and others entering the office. Responsible for checking in all visitors and guests.
Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
Take accurate and detailed messages and triage as appropriate.
Return voicemails promptly.
Promptly post all outgoing mail.
Collegial and teamwork attitude with all staff and clients.
Assist with meeting and group preparations such as room set-up and IT equipment hook-up.
Maintain supply of all client forms and other office supplies.
Keep office space clean and orderly and report maintenance needs to management staff in a timely manner.
Handle client complaints and concerns or redirect to Management staff.
Assist with shift coverage in the event of staff shortage.
Inform Director of Community-Based Services/Adult Community-Based Services Manager/Office Manager of any problems.
Attend required trainings throughout the year as requested (safety, crisis intervention, etc.).
Call the police or other appropriate service personnel in case of an emergency.
Qualifications:
Experience working in supportive housing care facilities preferred.
Experience working with individuals with mental illness preferred. Applicants must be comfortable working with individuals with mental illness.
Ability to multi-task, handle stress, deescalate, and problem solve.
Positive attitude and ability to be flexible.
Keep all business information strictly confidential.
Must be proficient in use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment (copier, fax, and scanner).
Current Available Schedule - We have three positions available, Please ensure you are able to work one of the listed shifts below:
Shift 1: Friday and Saturday 10:00pm - 6:00am
Shift 2: Saturday and Sunday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Shift 3: Saturday and Sunday 6:00pm - 12:00am (Midnight)
