JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Vice President of Operations is responsible for
• directing and organizing budgetary performance for his or her assigned area
• managing and developing relationships with the hospital administrative team
• negotiating and implementing contract renewals and addendums
• managing job sites with excessive worker compensation activity
• managing the professional development of managers in the assigned area
• executing and implementing start-up processes for new accounts
QUALIFICATIONS
Management experience is required. A successful Executive Vice President will be able to
• generate contract renewals and addendums with costing that is consistent with company guidelines
• set clear expectations and performance goals
• motivate their management teams, creating a positive culture of success and mutual support that suits the needs of every manager
• utilize several techniques for training, such as one-on-one training, workshops, and meetings
• multi-task, travel a minimum 30 percent of their time (both air and ground), and also communicate effectively with customers and management teams, both orally and in writing
