Project Solutions Financial Analyst (Finance)
As a Project Solutions Financial Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting financial analysis and reporting for project solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing project financials, forecasting budgets, and providing insights to enhance project performance and profitability. You will work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact project execution and financial health by ensuring accurate financial reporting, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze project financials, including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics.
- Prepare and maintain project budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and recommendations for project improvement.

- 1-3 years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling
- Strong communication and presentation skills - able to engage stakeholders at all levels
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion Essbase data extraction
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Strong technological proficiency and comfort learning new software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools
