Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervision of employees for a particular field office site.  The Site Supervisor is a strategic position that assists in oversight of all aspects of administrative, technical, operational, contractual components of the program.  In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring established policies, procedures and protocols, and fiscal accountability are performed in their office. 

Essential Functions:

  • Implements and monitors the effectiveness of the company's quality control plan and training programs. Monitor Staff work output levels. Escalates concerns and suggest improvement to the Site Manager.
  • Manages and communicates with on-site teams that consists of Case Managers, Lead Case Managers and Community Resource Coordinators (CRC).   Escalates all employee related issues to Site Manager.
  • Provides coaching, mentoring and corrective action to the staff; escalates when needed to the Site Manager.
  • Identifies inappropriate employee behavior and or performance issues to Site Manager who escalates to HR and Program Director
  • Reviews employee training status and certifications, if applicable, to stay current and meet all contractual requirements on a monthly or as needed basis. Escalates any issues to Site Manager
  • Assists Site Manager in conducting orientation and on-the-job training for Case Managers and Lead Case Managers with regular check-ins to ensure all direct reports are onboarded correctly.
  • Ensures adequate staffing coverage to meet customer needs in conjunction with Site Manager
  • Assists in preparing and conducting employee evaluations; approves time records
  • Manages labor hours and is responsible for monitoring contract compliance
  • Assists in ensuring the proper utilization of all staff to include limiting overtime hours for all staff.  
  • Ability to manage and oversee multiple cases simultaneously as well as providing required reports to Site Manager as needed.
  • Maintains and establishes communication with employees and customer.
  • Oversees and review case timelines & ensures a high-quality service is delivered
  • Implements the customer's and company's policies and procedures and ensure that changes in these policies are communicated to the team.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree OR Four (4) years of related experience
  • Two (2) years' experience of documented experience in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections or similar occupational area.
  • The work schedule may fluctuate according to work demands including evenings and weekends, periodic long and irregular working hours.  Travel required frequently between offices, within the service area, to audit trips, and to attend meetings and conferences as required to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities of the position
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends 
  • Ability to obtain a government security clearance
