Senior Technical Implementation Specialist, Work from home, eviCore (Creative Design)

We're committed to making a difference in healthcare and are looking for a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist to help us improve our clients' prior authorization process.
This position requires a breadth of technical and customer service skills, including researching solutions, troubleshooting, writing technical documentation, and knowledge transfer to customer's own technical resources. This role is largely customer facing and requires the ability to interact professionally with customer resources (at varying levels), and assist the customer resources on project tasks, and in some cases drive the customer to complete assignments. The role also involves designing and implementing new processes for ensuring consistent quality application maintenance and problem resolution for the customer. This positions requires travel as needed to client sites as well as various eviCore offices (25%).
