Senior Manufacturing Supervisor (Finance)
We are currently hiring a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor at our Plainfield, IN site. Make an impact on your community and the lives of others by leading a group in the service, repair, and manufacture of cutting-edge medical devices.
The Plainfield, IN plant is Medtronic's largest Service and Repair facility in the Americas region and is of strategic importance to patients and customers as we repair and refurbish units that are used in hospitals and clinics. In this important role as a Sr. Manufacturing Supervisor, you will have accountability for the safety, quality, people, and costs of the service, repair, and manufacturing of medical devices. This role reports to the Site Director and oversees and directs a workforce of approximately 40 technicians and assemblers. This is a plant based hands-on role only and so remote considerations cannot be considered.
A Day in the Life
As Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, you will coach and supervise a group of assemblers, technicians, and Team Leaders in multiple work cells to assure the timely and cost-effective service, repair and manufacturing of high-quality medical devices.
