- 3+ years of experience including financial reporting and analysis, cost management, budgeting and forecasting
- Must be a US person (US Permanent Resident or US Citizen)
- Over 1 year of Ad-hoc reporting experience
- Understanding of or experience in Supply Chain Finance
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills
- ERP system experience, preferably Oracle
- Strong Excel and presentation skills
- Ability to travel (domestic and international) as required

- Partner with Plant Director and Operations team to drive factory productivity
- Develop Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecast updates
- Conduct detailed financial analyses of expenses, production and other variances and drive corrective actions
- Evaluate financial performance and prepare monthly operating reports and KPI's
- Perform standard cost updates
- Support productivity projects and provide return on investment (ROI) analysis
- Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as required
