Sr Finance Analyst (Finance)



As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work out of our St. Louis, MO or Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's financial strategies by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations that drive profitability and operational efficiency. Your contributions will be crucial in shaping financial plans and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.As a Sr Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work out of our St. Louis, MO or Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience including financial reporting and analysis, cost management, budgeting and forecasting
  • Must be a US person (US Permanent Resident or US Citizen)
  • Over 1 year of Ad-hoc reporting experience
  • Understanding of or experience in Supply Chain Finance
  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills
  • ERP system experience, preferably Oracle
  • Strong Excel and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel (domestic and international) as required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with Plant Director and Operations team to drive factory productivity
  • Develop Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecast updates
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses of expenses, production and other variances and drive corrective actions
  • Evaluate financial performance and prepare monthly operating reports and KPI's
  • Perform standard cost updates
  • Support productivity projects and provide return on investment (ROI) analysis
  • Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as required
