Finance Business Analyst (Finance)
Provides support for the user community and development team in the design, development, configuration and testing of ERP modules. Works on multiple functional tasks that tend to be of medium technological complexity. Identifies and recommends functional and technological solutions. Works on one or more projects as a team member. Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for one or more ERP functional areas. Manage ERP Project Tasks for the Business Area(s) responsible. Will facilitate and lead other SMEs in gathering the requirements for the system.
This will be a hybrid position, allowing the employee to work from home two days a week after completing the training period.
ESENTIAL DUTIES:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience in the Business Unit.
W ORK EXPERIENCE:
3 to 5 years of IT work experience in systems/application development or support functions or 5 years of experience in the Business Unit with a good understanding of the existing Business Processes.

AX2012 (preferred, not required)
PHYSICAL:
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time using a PC and telephone.
Must have strong customer contact skills, both written and verbal, when interfacing with groups or individuals.
OTHER:
Minimum of 4 years experience working with PC or mainframe applications, with intermediate to advance skills, and possess intermediate skill with D365, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Adult training/facilitating experience is preferred.
