Digital Marketing Manager (Finance)



We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing search marketing (organic, paid) internally and in collaboration with performance marketing tools and agencies. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on experience in managing paid media across platforms and outlets. This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing search marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty through our owned websites and across the digital shelf. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing team to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, develop, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with ecommerce business goals, including paid media and search marketing.Set performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns/programs and report regularly on those metrics.Oversee the planning, creation, and management of paid media campaigns executed internally and by external agencies across platforms such as Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify relevant trends and opportunities across the digital shelf.Work closely with the creative teams (internally, externally) to develop compelling creatives and copy that drive engagement and conversions.Identify and implement A/B testing and CRO strategies to continuously improve campaign and product performance to maximize ROI.Utilize customer data and insights to create personalized and targeted ad campaigns.Manage, allocate, and track budgets across various channels to ensure effective use of resources.Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Monitor and evaluate the agency's performance, ensuring they meet agreed-upon goals and deadlines.Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media, search marketing, and digital marketing and share those insights with the broader team.Continuously explore new advertising platforms and opportunities to enhance the paid media strategy.Strives to reduce waste, recycle products whenever possible, and re-use resources when practical.Works safely at all times, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training.Reports injuries and near misses promptly and in required detailed format; proposes corrective action.Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
Strong experience working within digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads)In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link buildingExperience with advanced marketing performance tools (SEMRush, Moz)Experience with Ecommerce and Content Management platforms (Magento, Shopify, Wordpress)Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker (Google Data Studio), platform-specific analytics packages)Experience advertising on 3P platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, TikTok)Experience working with external marketing agencies to increase ad performanceExcellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectivelyStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Preferred:
Experience with audience segmentation (Bloomreach, Marketo)Experience with Google Tag Manager, Search ConsoleExperience with search feed tools (Google Merchant Center, DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in business, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field from four-year college or university3 to 5 years managing content and paid media programs in online environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items as general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or simple governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions where a certain degree of tact and discretion is needed.

QUANTITATIVE SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
