Lane College invites applications for a part-time Adjunct Instructor of Chemistry to teach General Chemistry I and II lecture and laboratory courses.

The Chemistry Department emphasizes using active-learning to create an inclusive environment for a diverse student body. • Masters Degree in Chemistry, with 18 graduate credit hours in Chemistry or related discipline form a regionally accredited institution.
• Ph.D. in Chemistry or closely related field is preferred.
• Evidence of teaching potential is essential.
• The ability to life 10lb, 1% of the time.
• Position may require some walking and the ability to climb stairs.
