Essential Job Functions • Oversee the development of the customer's specific strategies and development. • Manage the continual improvement of customer relationship while penetrating the retailer's organization beyond the buyer level, developing broad and deep collaborative engagement. • Will be the primary retailer contact and will execute day to day selling responsibilities across multiple customers and channels of trade supporting both National Branded and Private Label Sales. • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and EBITDA objectives. • Working cross functionally in a corporate headquarter environment with finance, logistics, marketing, and Project Management to align objectives and manage business issues as they arise.
