Manager, Claims Services (Transportation)
The Unemployment Claims Manager is responsible for client satisfaction and the quality of the service delivered by their team. The Manager manages the daily workload of the team and resolves day-to-day issues. This individual is responsible for team leadership, motivation, training and mentoring of their team.

Support account management and client needs by various levels of interaction including conference calls, e-mails, visits, presentations and investigative reporting resolution to ensure client retention/satisfaction
Direct supervisory responsibility over Unemployment Claim Specialists and Lead(s)
Provide timely and professional communication(s) to clients, account managers, direct reports and senior management to effectively support team and company goals
Support the implementation of company directives and processes to meet the internal/external client needs such as retention and satisfaction related to the success of the unemployment claims process
Management of personnel matters: hiring, time approval, reviews, mentoring and training
Lead a team of 10-15 direct reports
Qualifications:
HS diploma or Assoc. Degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred
2 - 5 years supervisory or lead experience with a strong emphasis on customer service and employee development
Previous experience or familiarity with Unemployment Insurance and the Unemployment Claims process
Ability to type 35 WPM
Microsoft Office PC applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook and proficiency with G-Suite
